How much is delivery?
We've just recently changed our shipping costs to a flat rate charge, so standard delivery is only £2.50 no matter how many items you buy from us!
At the moment we only ship to UK destinations. But if there is something that you desperately want and you're not from the UK, get in touch and we may be able to arrange something for you.
How long will it take for me to receive my items?
We usually process orders within 48 hours, although it may take a little longer on weekends and holidays. Standard shipping is always first class and usually takes about 1-3 working days for your items to arrive on your doorstep.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We're hoping that you will love all of our jewellery as much as we do, but if you're unhappy with our items let us know!
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your items and we will organise a refund or exchange for you. Contact us directly at [email protected] - we do aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
If you are sending anything back to us, make sure you keep proof of postage!
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund earrings.
